Akin to putting an entire flower bud in your mouth, the white floral fragrance with a plant tone is a distinct feature of the Geisha variety. The slow sun-drying method adopted by Las Lajas gives the coffee a flavorful, fruity tone, with citrus, pineapple, and sugar apple flavors manifesting in order. After the fruity liquid is swallowed, it is followed by the sweet, rich taste of white chocolate with a long aftertaste. In spite of this, the coffee manages to maintain a light feel overall that is strong but not heavy, putting the elegance and multi-layered characteristics of the Geisha on display.

Whole Bean Only
We only sell whole coffee beans and do not offer grinding services. We recommend grinding the coffee beans just before brewing to ensure the best flavor.
Resting the Beans
Our coffee beans need some time to release the carbon dioxide inside. This process allows the coffee to develop more completely, improving its flavor. A light-roasted coffee bean degases slowly, so we suggest you begin enjoying our coffee between 20 to 30 days after the roasting date and finish it no more than a month after the package is opened.
