Domestic Delivery in Japan

For regular delivery of items such as coffee beans, we use Sagawa Express. The regular shipping fee is 500 yen, and purchases over 4,500 yen qualify for free shipping.

We will ship your order within 3 days of order confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 days. Please note that specific delivery date requests are not available. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email for your reference.

 

Domestic Delivery in Taiwan

We use Chunghwa Post for delivery. The standard shipping fee is 100 NTD, and purchases over 1,000 NTD qualify for free shipping.

We will ship your order within 3 days of order confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 days. Please note that specific delivery date requests are not available. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email for your reference.

 

International Delivery

Due to shipping costs and time considerations, we currently provide delivery services to the following regions only. Shipments will be dispatched from our coffee roasting location in Taiwan. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email for your reference.

China, Hong Kong, and Macau
Estimated delivery time: 3-4 days, Shipping fee: 700 yen

South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia
Estimated delivery time: 6-8 days, Shipping fee: 1,200 yen

United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand
Estimated delivery time: 7-10 days, Shipping fee: 1,700 yen
