This is a coffee that will turn your perception of Kenyan coffee upside down. At higher temperatures, the heavy sweetness is enough to make you overlook its acidity, which emerges gradually as the coffee cools. The high sweetness of cane sugar paves the way for the grape juice and black currant acidity that turns pleasant and charming. This coffee is entirely composed of SL-28 beans from Kenya, making it clean and delicately layered in flavor, which explains again the reason we are infatuated with this variety.
